Attendees can do the registration and submit the abstract from by November 01st, 2026.
CONFERENCE FEE
By November 15th , 2026:
(1) For participants from abroad: USD 200/person
(2) For participants from Vietnam: VND 1.000.000/person
(3) For participants from organizing universities: 70% of the applicable fee in (1) or (2)
(4) For students: 50% of the applicable fee in (1), (2), or (3)
After November 15th, 2026:
(1’) For participants from abroad: USD 250/person
(2’) For participants from Vietnam: VND 1.500.000/person
(3’) For participants from organizing universities: 70% of the applicable fee in (1’) or (2’)
(4’) For students: 50% of the applicable fee in (1’), (2’), or (3’)
This amount will provide our participants with decent services (reception, lunch, coffee breaks, banquet, and excursions).
Some support may be available for a small number of exceptional research students in the form of waiving the conference fee in full or partially. Interested persons should contact the organizers as soon as possible and provide their CV. All inquiries should be directed to icam2026@tdtu.edu.vn
